The NSS unit of SSSS College of Commerce for Women, Amritsar, organized a ‘Tree Plantation Drive’ on September 17, 2024, under the theme ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam.’ NSS volunteers viz Bhawna Sharma (B.com-V B), Harleen Kaur (BCA-I), Nikhar Sharma (B.com FS-V), Priyanka (B.com FS-III), Anshdeep (B.com FS-III), Shruti Mahajan (B.Com FS-III) and Vanshika (B.Com. FS-V) enthusiastically planted saplings within the college campus under the guidance of the college gardener Sh. Mahadev and the co-ordinators Ms Mamta Arora and Ms Dilpreet Kaur.
Principal Dr. Navdeep Kaur commended the volunteers for their active involvement in this noble initiative and encouraged them to nurture the saplings with care for their growth.
