A two day workshop was held as part of the Faculty Development Programme on January 24 and January 25, 2022. The workshop title ‘Inspired to be an Inspiration’ was conducted in virtual mode and Ms. Ashima Batra, a life coach, counsellor and expert in mass media communication was the resource person. She spoke about the role of positive attitude in development oneself as a passionate and effortless teacher. The importance of effective listening and rigour in communication was explained for better understanding in inter personal relations. Dr. Navdeep Kaur expressed gratitude to Ms. Ashima Batra for the inspirational deliberations and extented an invitation for an in-person session in the ensuing months. Dr. Samriti Kapoor coordinated the programme and Dr. Payal and Mrs. Savita Khanna presented Vote of Thanks on January 24 and January 25, 2022 respectively. 40 members of the faculty attended the workshop.
